• Monday 11th May: Visit Orbea and a short ride in the afternoon.
• Tuesday 12th May: Full day of riding on the Basque Coast.
• Wednesday 13th May: Full day of riding on the Basque Coast.
• Thursday 14th May: Transfer to Bilbao airport and depart.
Once in Spain, the tour will be conducted by BasqueMTB Doug McDonald, the founder of BasqueMTB has been biking for as long as he can remember, he is one of the main guides and holds a SMBLA mountain bike leader guiding qualification. Doug will ensure no matter what your riding level is, you will be looked after and kept excited.
To confirm your booking, a 50% payment of the RRP of the chosen bike will be required as a deposit.
Payment of the balance is due by April 9th 2020.
If due to un-foreseen circumstances you are unable to join us on the ORBEA trip, there is no refund of any trip costs, however you will still enjoy your RALLON that will be sent to your dealer as soon as it is built.

When you pick up your RALLON in the ORBEA factory, the bike will be built and ready to be ridden. ORBEA mechanics will do the final set up so you are ready to ride. It is your responsibility to bring your own shoes, pedals, helmet, appropriate clothing and protective gear for the 3 days of riding.
After the tour, all bikes will be returned to the ORBEA factory where they will be cleaned, packed and air freighted to your ORBEA dealer to Australia where you will be able to collect it short after you arrive. Unfortunately, due to tax and export European regulations you will not be able to transport your bike back to Australia by yourself.
You will be responsible for your own luggage. Luggage allowance will be as per the requirements of the flight carrier we travel with. We recommend you to keep your luggage to 1 checked in bag/suitcase. Any inappropriate luggage presented on the departure day may result in refusal to board.
By booking this trip with BikeBox you are agreeing that we may contact you in relation to feedback about the tour. There will be footage during the trip that will be used in future ORBEA promotions, by joining the trip you are agreeing to being filmed and photographed during the trip.
BikeBox retains the right to alter routes, itineraries, fares, days of operation or even cancel tours if unforeseen circumstances occur. Other accredited tour operators may be used on some tours.
All participants must be at least 18 years old on the day of travelling to Spain. It is compulsory for that all customers have a valid travel insurance coverage for the duration of the trip (insurance proof will be requested) and a Passport to travel to Spain valid for a minimum of 6 months. All visa passport requirements are the participant's responsibility.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
I agree to comply with all road rules and regulations, and all lawful instructions and directions of BikeBox/Basque MTB, its directors, officers, employees, contractors, and volunteers (collectively the Organiser) during BikeBox’s organised cycling tour (the Event). If I fail to comply with the road rules and regulations, and instructions and/or directions of the Organiser, I will not be permitted to ride or continue to ride.
ASSUMPTION OF RISK. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY.
This release shall be accepted ONLY once and remain current and binding for ANY OR ALL OF THE ORGANISER´S ACTIVITIES THE PARTICIPANT HAS SELECTED throughout the event.
In connection with my participation in the company´s, tour, transfers and any services of this reservation to another trip, including any pre-trip and post-trip extensions in which I participate, (collectively defined as the Event):
The participant accepts to be aware that mountain biking is dangerous and may have unforeseen consequences. The participant acknowledges that they participate with full knowledge of this. The participant is therefore aware of the risks involved in this activity and do it voluntarily. The participant understands that while the Organiser will take all precautions to ensure his/her safety, the Organiser is not liable for any loss or damage suffered bu any person and property as a result of his/her participation in such activity and the event in general.
The participant understands and has carefully considered the risks involved in participating in an event of this nature, accepts these risks and assumes full responsibility for any loss, injury or damage arising in connection with his/her participation in the event. If I suffer any injury or illness, I agree that the Organiser may provide evacuation, first aid and/or medical treatment at my expense and my acceptance of these terms and conditions constitutes my consent to such evacuation, first aid and/or medical treatment.
You further claim to have adequate insurance for such activity with respect to such loss, injury or damage. The organiser cannot accept liability for damage or loss of equipment during this event or resulting from the activities on the event, the participant should hold insurance to protect them from any losses. The participant agrees to contract insurance prior to their trip to cover them for items including but not limited to injury, loss, evacuation and repatriation expenses. I acknowledge that I have sole responsibility for my personal possessions and sporting equipment during the Event. I acknowledge that if the Organiser performs any repairs or work on my bicycle or other equipment the Organiser does not warrant that work nor offer any guarantee of any kind in respect of that work.
The organiser reserves the right to modify the schedule and itinerary without prior notice in the case of traffic delays, roadblocks, trail obstructions or any other unpredictable situations, such as adverse weather or situations of force majeure. The organiser will not accept the responsibility caused by the change of schedule or itinerary beyond the control of the organisers.
